When a parent, legal guardian, or responsible adult requests services involving a minor, we may receive limited information such as the child’s age or approximate weight when necessary to provide an appropriate child seat or safely coordinate the transportation.
Such information will be used only for purposes related to the requested transportation service.

If JRB Private Transfers wishes to use personal information for newsletters, promotions, advertising campaigns, or other secondary marketing purposes, we may request additional consent when required.

A request to stop marketing communications will not prevent us from sending communications that are necessary to manage an existing quote, reservation, payment, or transportation service.
6. Payments and Stripe
Reservations made through our online booking system may require payment at the time of booking.
Online card payments may be processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe.
JRB Private Transfers does not directly store complete credit or debit card numbers, card security codes, or other complete card credentials processed through Stripe.
We may receive and retain limited payment-related information necessary to administer the reservation, such as:

- Currency
- Payment status
- Transaction or payment reference
- Date of payment
- Refund status
- Other non-sensitive transaction information provided by the payment processor
Payment providers process payment information according to their own privacy, security, and service terms.

When applicable law requires consent for a particular transfer of personal information, JRB Private Transfers will obtain such consent or rely only on an applicable legal exception.

Reservation and payment information may therefore be retained after a transportation service has been completed when reasonably necessary for these purposes.

Under the current Mexican law, the responsible party generally has up to 20 days to communicate its determination and, when the request is granted, up to an additional 15 days to make it effective; the applicable periods may be extended once when legally justified.
